Stephen F. Grimm, Manager & Designated Broker

Mr. Grimm started Grimm Commercial, LLC from the ground up in January of 2006. His interest and passion for his work began at the University of Arizona, where he received degrees in Molecular Cell Biology and Business Finance. In college, he began his investment career in Real Estate by purchasing properties and learning the essentials of the real estate business. After graduating, he worked for Bourn Partners, a real estate development company in Tucson. At Bourn, he dedicated four years to the field of commercial real estate, where his experiences allowed him to recognize the wide array of opportunities available to him.

Nancy Hunter, Head of the Accounting Department

Mrs. Hunter graduated from the University of Arizona where she received Associates Degrees in Business Law and Agricultural Accounting. After graduating in 1984, she started her company, Construction Accounting Firm. Nancy has been with Grimm Commercial, LLC and Blue Lion Construction, LLC since 2007.
