Copper Plaza
The Copper Plaza located at 2601 N. Campbell Ave. was purchased in 2007 as an underperforming office complex with a 50% vacancy rate. The 22,000 square foot building was totally renovated with a contemporary design theme and quality finishes making it competitive with the abundant new office space throughout the city. The new look as well as the prime location on sought after Campbell Avenue quickly unlocked the value in this property.

Boston's Gourmet Pizza
Boston's Pizza was constructed by our in house construction company Blue Lion Construction, LLC in 2008. The restaurant is an example of the value Grimm Commercial, LLC was able to create by providing the land, constructing the building, and managing the property after completion. The restaurant opened in December, 2008 and is steadily building a strong customer base. The project is located in the Arizona Pavilions Shopping Center and is expected to provide an increasingly attractive income stream to our investors as the power center grows.
